There are twelve designated parking spaces adjacent to the entrance barn.
We have a large fully equipped toilet suitable for any wheelchair, easily access able.
We now have ten mobility scooters, due mainly to the generosity of visitors who had one they no longer needed, others have been kindly lent by A B Mobility (Sussex) Ltd.
There are also three wheelchairs with pneumatic tyres for your use.
Unfortunately we cannot arrange for any to be pre-booked, but as they are rarely all in use at any one time any waiting time would be minimized.
These mobility scooters provide a wonderful opportunity for the less able bodied to enjoy their day out, here at Bates Green.
This is the shortest Walk in the Bluebell Wood which is gravelled to allow access for wheel chair users, but there is a slight incline on the way back.
Wooden benches are situated approximately every 150 yards on this walk.
The picnic tables in the shady corner of the large car park field are wheelchair accessable.
