The Bluebell Walk Partnership have met to discuss how the Coronavirus could affect the 2020 Arlington Bluebell Walk & Farm Trails. We will open the Bluebell Wood and all the Farm Trails starting on Thursday 9th April until Sunday 17th May from 10.00am to 5.00pm every day. Similarly to the National Trust and English Heritage there will be no café or shop open, but it you wish to bring a picnic then feel free to use our outside tables on the Front Terrace (new this year), the Sun Terrace or in the Picnic Area of the Car Park. We ask that you leave the area clean and tidy for others to use. We had ordered hand sanitisers and dispensers to increase our hygiene facilities, but our supplier has informed us that all supplies have been requisitioned by the NHS until further notice, so please bring your own. There will be no in-person Charity participation this year, the first time ever, so running the Gate House, signing out the mobility scooters, Meeters and Greeters and importantly keeping the toilets clean, will be done by members of the Bluebell Walk Partnership and colleagues. If the situation changes, we naturally will update this message, so please check back regularly.
