Dates set for 2019
I apologise for not having posted a blog since September, but unfortunately, I have not been very well😢
We have now set the dates for the 2019 Arlington Bluebell Walk which opens on Thursday 11thApril until Sunday 19thMay, but as usual have no idea whether we will experience an early or late spring. Over the years the consensus from the charities involved is that they need to know before Christmas the confirmed dates they will be on duty and this year is no exception. Ideally we just hope that, over the period we are open, in the first week there will be a wonderful vista of white wood anemones with a few early bluebells making an appearance, then as the bluebells appear the weather is cool and dry, so they last until the weekend we close. We shall see!
In January when I should be feeling better ☺️ I will report back on which charities are involved and their dates, also the changes we are planning towards improving the visitor experience.
