Relating to Arlington Bluebell Walk and Bates Green Garden

Currently there is no advance booking required to visit the Bluebell Walk and Farm Trails, which are open daily during March and April (exact dates vary).
Bates Green Garden is open on Wednesdays from February to October with optional access to Beatons Wood. There is no need to book in advance for Wednesday visits. The garden is open at other times for special events and courses which do require booking in advance. Details are available at www.batesgreengarden.co.uk.
Please do not book a visit if you or anyone in your party, or anyone in your households/bubbles, are unwell or may be suffering with any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with anyone suffering with COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19. Please adhere to government guidelines. Anyone failing to comply will be asked to leave.
For general tickets, please check the website for prices and buy your tickets on arrival.
For special events, you will need to book a ticket in advance.
The ticket is valid for entry to the specific event only.
We will send your booking confirmation by email. Please make sure you fill in your correct email address when you book to ensure you receive this confirmation. Printed tickets, or tickets displayed on a mobile device, are required on arrival (if you have not been able to print your ticket or are unable to present your ticket on your mobile device, please bring your booking reference, name and postcode so that we can confirm your booking).
Tickets cannot be exchanged once booked, they are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
If for any reason we must close and /or cancel an event, we may offer replacement tickets for an alternative day or, at our discretion, a full refund.
If for any reason in these Terms and Conditions we refuse to accept a ticket, it is also non-refundable.
Tickets are valid only for the date/event they are booked and cannot be transferred to another date/event.
We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Bluebell Walk Management.
If you cannot attend due to contracting COVID-19 or having to self-isolate because of COVID-19, you can request to transfer your booking to an alternative date. To do this please email info@bluebellwalk.co.uk and include your booking reference in the email title together with proof of your diagnosis or requirement to isolate.
