Booking Terms & Conditions



Thank you for booking a visit to the Arlington Bluebell Walk. We are delighted to be able to welcome visitors back this year. To comply with social distancing regulations, pre-booking for entry tickets is essential. Please do not book a visit if you or anyone in your party, or anyone in your households/bubbles, are unwell or may be suffering with any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with anyone suffering with COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19. Please adhere to government guidelines. Anyone failing to comply will be asked to leave.



All visitors must book a ticket in advance.

Please book one ticket per person, including children (aged 6 – 16 years). You will need to choose an arrival time slot for the day you want to visit – they are in one-hour increments and you may arrive anytime between the hour and 45 minutes past, e.g., for a 11am booking, you may arrive between 11am and 11.45am.

Paid carers have free access with the person they care for, but email info@bluebellwalk.co.uk at the time of booking to ensure this has been noted.

Please do not arrive before or after your time slot since we will not be able to guarantee you entry. If you visit on the wrong date/at the wrong time your entry will be at the discretion of our welcome team and will be based on current visitor numbers and the ability to maintain physical distancing.

We will send your booking confirmation by email. Please make sure you fill in your correct email address when you book to ensure you receive this confirmation. Printed tickets, or tickets displayed on a mobile device, are required on arrival (if you have not been able to print your ticket or are unable to present your ticket on your mobile device, please bring your booking reference, name and postcode so that we can confirm your booking).

You will also be asked to provide contact details for all adults in your party at the time of booking. If you do not do this you will need to do so on arrival either by scanning our QR code, or by providing the details manually, which may cause delays.  

Tickets cannot be exchanged once booked, they are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.

If for any reason we must close and /or cancel an event, we may offer replacement tickets for an alternative day or, at our discretion, a full refund.

If for any reason in these Terms and Conditions we refuse to accept a ticket, it is also non-refundable.



Tickets are valid only for the date they are booked and cannot be transferred to another date.

We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Bluebell Walk Partnership.

If you cannot attend due to contracting COVID-19 or having to self-isolate because of COVID-19, you can request to transfer your booking to an alternative date. To do this please email info@bluebellwalk.co.uk and include your booking reference in the email title together with proof of your diagnosis or requirement to isolate.
