Update 25 April 2023

There is now a blue haze throughout Beatons Wood, as in the sunny areas the bluebells are abundant and the white wood anemones are quickly disappearing. We call this the ‘Blue and White Phase’ as is illustrated on our video ‘Spring 3: Green, White, Blue as the Bluebells emerge’ which can be viewed on the Gallery page and also via the YouTube link below. Once warmer weather arrives, the wood very quickly will change to the vistas of All Blue, which unfortunately is about 10 days behind last year, and we close on 10 May!

For a selection of videos showing the spring cycle in Beatons Wood see our YouTube playlist.
